Office of Collaboration and Dispute Resolution must facilitate a meeting or series of meetings between the Metropolitan Council and Calhoun Isles Condominium Association to discuss vibration impacts from Southwest light rail transit project construction and operations on the property's high-rise building, townhomes, and parking ramp.

Metropolitan Council must contract with an engineering group within 21 days to conduct a vibration susceptibility study on the Calhoun Isles property, including evaluation of vibration susceptibility during light rail operations, categorization of the property based on susceptibility, and identification of mitigation measures and operational changes needed.

Engineering group must provide all research, testing, findings, and work product to the Calhoun Isles Condominium Association, with the Metropolitan Council paying for the study.

Metropolitan Council must reimburse the Calhoun Isles Condominium Association $250,000 by July 1, 2019, for the association's engineering and legal costs, with the cost absorbed within existing Southwest light rail transit project resources.
