Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 383A.404, which established the special law governing Ramsey County's Community Corrections Department.

Eliminates the statutory framework for the department's organization, including the Corrections Management Committee composed of three judges and three county commissioners.

Removes statutory requirements for the department director's appointment, compensation, and administrative authority over the department's operations and personnel.

Eliminates specific duties assigned to the department including probation supervision, court investigations, collections of support and restitution payments, and domestic relations services.

Removes requirements for annual reporting to the District Court of the Second Judicial District and provisions for department funding from the Ramsey County treasury.
