Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 340A.412, subdivision 3, which prohibited municipalities from issuing more than one off-sale intoxicating liquor license to any one person or place.

Removes the restriction that prevented the same business name from being used by more than one off-sale intoxicating liquor licensee in a municipality.

Eliminates the definition of "person" for licensing purposes, which previously included license holders, their officers/directors/agents/employees, and affiliates regardless of corporate or management connections.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
