Defines "collaboration" malt liquor as products produced by two or more brewers or brew pubs that jointly engaged in crafting, brewing, promoting, or marketing, even if commercial production occurs at a single licensed premises.

Allows brewer taproom license holders to sell collaboration malt liquor in addition to their own malt liquor, provided the brewer's own malt liquor utilizes a minimum of 80 percent of all draft lines.

Brewer taproom licenses authorize on-sale of malt liquor for consumption on or adjacent to one brewery location owned by the brewer.

Limits each brewer to only one taproom license and prohibits brewers holding a taproom license from having an ownership interest in a brew pub.

Applies all retail liquor license provisions to brewer taproom licenses unless explicitly inconsistent with this subdivision.
