Urges the President of the United States to continue Deferred Enforcement Departure (DED) protection for Liberians, which was set to expire on March 31, 2019.

Calls upon Congress to create an opportunity for all Liberians protected under DED to apply for permanent residency.

Notes that approximately 4,000 Liberians without alternative immigration options will lose work permits and deportation protection when DED expires.

Recognizes Minnesota has one of the largest Liberian communities in the country, estimated at 30,000 residents, and that ending DED will have life-changing consequences for individuals and families.

Directs the Minnesota Secretary of State to transmit copies of this resolution to the President, Vice President, relevant federal officials, and Minnesota's Congressional delegation.
