Allows individuals under 18 years of age to vote in primary elections and presidential nomination primaries if they will be 18 years old or older by the time of the subsequent general election.

Requires individuals voting under this provision to meet all other standard voting eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship and 20 days of Minnesota residency immediately preceding the election.

Restricts ballots for under-18 primary voters to candidates seeking nomination only, prohibiting them from voting on questions or propositions.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 201.014, subdivision 1 to add this exception to the standard 18-year-old age requirement for voting eligibility.
