Increases school administrator licensure fee from $75 to $100 per fiscal year, effective July 1, 2019.

Creates an administrator licensure account in the special revenue fund to receive all Board of School Administrators licensure fees.

Removes Board of School Administrators licensure fees from the educator licensure account and deposits them into the new administrator licensure account.

Appropriates $387,000 for fiscal year 2020 and $347,000 for fiscal year 2021 to the Board of School Administrators from the administrator licensure account, with general fund backup for 2020 if account is insufficient.

Appropriates $2,743,000 for fiscal year 2020 and $2,718,000 for fiscal year 2021 to the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board from the educator licensure account, with general fund backup if insufficient.
