Establishes the Office of Enterprise Sustainability to assist all state agencies in improving sustainability of government operations and reducing environmental impact and waste.

Office shall manage a sustainability metrics and reporting system with a public dashboard for tracking progress by Minnesotans.

Office shall assist state agencies in developing and executing sustainability plans and publish an annual report.

Office shall make reasonable attempts to share tools and best practices with local governments.
