Amends Minnesota Statutes section 169.345, subdivision 2 to add licensed physical therapists to the definition of "health professional" who may provide medical statements for disabled parking privileges.

Expands the list of authorized health professionals from physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice registered nurses, and chiropractors to also include licensed physical therapists.

Allows physical therapists to certify that a person meets disability criteria including inability to walk without assistance, significant mobility limitations, respiratory or cardiac conditions, oxygen dependency, or limb loss.

Applies to all certificate types for disabled parking permits: temporary (up to 6 months), short-term (6-12 months), long-term (12-71 months), six-year, and organization certificates.
