Amends Minnesota Statutes 120B.125 to require school districts to help students access education and career options, including armed forces career options, as part of personal learning plans.

Requires school districts to provide military recruiters and skilled trades representatives with the same access to secondary school students as institutions of higher education or prospective employers.

Encourages school districts to sponsor an armed forces career opportunity day each school year prior to the third Thursday of November, with invitations extended to recruiters from each branch of the United States armed forces.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 121A.39 to encourage school counselors to present and explain career opportunities and benefits offered by the United States armed forces and share information provided by armed forces recruiters.

Prohibits school counselors from interfering with a student's enlistment or intention to enlist in the armed forces.
