Changes the membership requirement for "active members" of gambling organizations from at least six months to the most recent 90 days, effective July 1, 2019.

Clarifies bingo gift certificate regulations by requiring they must only be sold for face value and establishing mandatory recordkeeping for bingo gift certificate logs showing certificate numbers, face values, and redemption dates.

Expands restrictions on lessor's immediate family participation in gambling games to include electronic linked bingo games, in addition to existing pull-tabs, tipboards, and paddlewheels.

Modifies electronic gambling receipt deposit requirements by removing the phrase "or on or before" when referencing the $2,000 threshold and clarifying the deposit deadline as within four business days of the first day of the following month.

All amendments become effective July 1, 2019.
