MN HF2259

Allows Independent School District No. 846, Breckenridge, to enter into an agreement for postsecondary enrollment options with a higher education institution located outside Minnesota but within four miles of the high school.

Creates an exception to Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.09, subdivision 3, which normally restricts such agreements.

Limits the out-of-state higher education institution's eligibility to providing only postsecondary enrollment options programs under Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.09.
