Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 237.162, subdivision 2, to modify the definition of "local government unit" in telecommunications law.

Adds the State Fairgrounds in Ramsey County as a fifth category of local government unit, defined as state-held land and property managed by the State Agricultural Society.

Existing categories of local government units remain unchanged: counties, home rule charter or statutory cities, towns, and the Metropolitan Council.
