Allows public school core curriculum programs delivered through supplemental online programs to be provided to shared time pupils at public school buildings, neutral sites, nonpublic schools, or any other suitable location.

Maintains existing requirement that traditional (non-online) core curriculum programs for shared time pupils be provided only at public school buildings.

Preserves existing rules allowing non-core curriculum programs to be provided at multiple locations including public schools, neutral sites, nonpublic schools, or other suitable locations.

Retains provisions allowing guidance, counseling, and diagnostic and health services to be provided at nonpublic school buildings.

Effective for courses offered on or after July 1, 2019.
