Increases the maximum number of e-learning days allowed per school year from five to ten days for school districts and charter schools.

E-learning days must provide full access to online instruction from students' individual teachers and are counted as days of instruction toward the required instructional hours.

Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 120A.41 and 120A.414 to reflect the expanded e-learning day allowance for inclement weather closures.

Allows school boards to adjust their e-learning days plan for the 2018-2019 school year after consulting with their teachers' exclusive representative.

All changes take effect the day following final enactment.
