Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 349A.08, subdivision 9 to classify lottery prize winner names, phone numbers, and street addresses as private data on individuals under chapter 13

Designates personal data provided to the lottery for direct marketing purposes (name, physical and electronic address, and telephone number) as private data on individuals as defined in section 13.02

Defines "direct marketing" as marketing conducted by the lottery directly with the consumer
