Amends the definition of "direct supervision" for nonlicensed employees in mortuary science to mean the funeral director or mortician is available to direct the employee by being physically present at the same location or available by telephone.

Allows funeral establishments to employ nonlicensed individuals to arrange, direct, or supervise funeral, memorial, or graveside services provided the establishment discloses this information to the person making funeral arrangements.

Requires nonlicensed individuals performing funeral service duties to act under the direct supervision of a person licensed to practice mortuary science.

Maintains existing accountability requirements for licensed mortician supervisors over clinical students, practicum students, and interns during training.
