Prohibits persons from displaying campaign material, posting signs, or soliciting voters within a polling place or within 100 feet of a polling place building on primary or election day.

Prohibits providing or wearing political badges, buttons, or insignia related to candidates, political parties, or ballot questions within 100 feet of a polling place on primary or election day.

Restricts these prohibitions to voting hours only and applies to areas established by the county auditor or municipal clerk for absentee voting under chapter 203B.

Permits the distribution of "I VOTED" stickers as an exception to the prohibition on political insignia.
