H.F. 2385 - Controlled Substance Schedules

• Adds 20 new synthetic fentanyl analogs and related substances to Schedule I, including cyclopropyl fentanyl, butyryl fentanyl, ocfentanil, and acryl fentanyl.

• Expands Schedule I hallucinogens by adding 3 new substances including deschloroketamine and related compounds.

• Adds 5 new substances to Schedule I central nervous system depressants: tianeptine, clonazolam, etizolam, flubromazolam, and flubromazepam.

• Modifies Schedule II by renaming "Hallucinogenic substances" section to "Cannabinoids" and adds dronabinol (delta-9-THC) oral solution approved by FDA.

• Adds gabapentin to Schedule V depressants and adds FDA-approved cannabidiol drug product with no more than 0.1% residual THC to Schedule V.
