Removes bowling centers from the list of establishments eligible for standard on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses under Minnesota Statutes section 340A.404, subdivision 1(a).

Adds a new paragraph (e) allowing cities to issue on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses, on-sale wine licenses, or on-sale malt liquor licenses to bowling centers, notwithstanding any law, local ordinance, or charter provision.

Authorizes liquor sales at bowling centers on all days of the week under the new licensing provision.

Renumbers existing license categories (clubs, sports facilities, exclusive liquor stores) to account for the removal of bowling centers from the standard list.
