Ratifies 11 labor agreements between the state of Minnesota and various employee unions and associations, including AFSCME Council 5, Minnesota Nurses Association, and Minnesota State College Faculty, submitted between September 24, 2019, and April 13, 2020.

Ratifies 5 compensation plans for state employees: MnSCU Personnel Plan for Administrators, Commissioner's plan for unrepresented employees, Managerial plan, Office of Higher Education Unclassified Personnel Compensation Plan, and MNsure compensation plan.

All ratified agreements and compensation plans were previously submitted to the Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations.

Sections 1 and 2 become effective the day following final enactment.
