Removes the $32 criminal background check fee for physicians, physician assistants, acupuncturists, respiratory therapists, and genetic counselors licensed by Minnesota health boards.

Strikes the criminal background check fee from fee schedules in Minnesota Statutes sections 147.01, 147A.28, 147B.08, 147C.40, 147D.27, and 147F.17.

Maintains all other licensing fees and application costs for affected health professions without modification.

Revenue from remaining fees continues to be deposited in the state government special revenue fund.
