Agencies and political subdivisions receiving state general obligation bond proceeds for capital projects exceeding $100,000 must comply with human rights restrictions under Minnesota Statutes section 363A.36, subdivision 1, effective for projects appropriated on or after January 1, 2022

Defines "agency" to include state boards, commissions, departments, the Minnesota Historical Society, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, and the University of Minnesota

Defines "capital project" to include acquisition and betterment of land, buildings, real property, design, engineering, site preparation, renovation, construction, furnishing, and equipping

Defines "political subdivision" to include counties, cities, towns, school districts, metropolitan or regional agencies, and other special purpose districts

Agencies and political subdivisions using state bond proceeds for capital projects exceeding $500,000 must comply with equal pay certificate requirements under Minnesota Statutes section 363A.44, effective for projects appropriated on or after January 1, 2022
