Amends Minnesota Statutes section 13.72 to add a new subdivision classifying shared mobility program user data as private.

Defines "shared mobility program" as any service providing transportation for compensation via an Internet-connected application, including ride-hailing, car sharing, bicycle sharing, scooter sharing, and peer-to-peer ride sharing services.

Classifies the following user data collected by government entities as private: name, address, telephone number, email address, user account credentials and access procedures, and financial account information.

Allows government entities to continue producing summary data as defined in section 13.02, subdivision 19, without restriction.
