Establishes sudden cardiac arrest prevention standards for school-sponsored youth athletic activities, requiring sports governing bodies to provide information about warning signs including fainting, difficulty breathing, chest pains, dizziness, and abnormal racing heart rate to athletes, parents, and coaches.

Requires immediate removal from play of any student exhibiting signs or symptoms of sudden cardiac arrest, with return to participation only after written clearance from a qualified health care provider trained in pediatric cardiac arrest.

Mandates that all coaches and officials involved in youth athletic activities complete initial training on sudden cardiac arrest and subsequent training at least once every three school years before coaching or officiating.

Allows schools to hold informational meetings before each athletic season with students, parents, coaches, providers, and athletic trainers to discuss sudden cardiac arrest symptoms and warning signs.

Applies requirements to charter schools providing school-sponsored youth athletic activities and permits high school leagues to adopt policies exceeding these minimum requirements; does not create additional liability for schools or school districts.
