Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 349.19, to add a new subdivision 12 regarding annual audit reporting requirements for lawful gambling.

Licensed organizations must report to the Gambling Control Board any audit required under section 297E.06, subdivision 4 in an electronic format prescribed by the board.

Audit reports must be submitted to the board at the same time they are submitted to the commissioner of revenue.

Excludes any audit reporting requirements described in section 297E.06, subdivision 4, paragraph (d) from the board reporting requirement.
