Commissioner of Education must create a poster notifying children how to report child abuse or neglect, in consultation with local, state, and federal agencies and nonprofit organizations.

Poster must include emergency 911 instructions, county child protection services phone number, minimum size of 8-1/2 by 11 inches, and be produced in at least five languages other than English spoken in the state.

Commissioner must make all poster versions available to the public on the department's website.

School districts, charter schools, and nonpublic schools must post the commissioner-created poster or an approved district-created poster in high-traffic student areas in languages reflecting significant portions of the student body.

Effective for the 2019-2020 school year.
