• Defines "patriotic society" as any group or organization serving youth under age 21 listed in United States Code, title 36, subtitle II, part B, or their affiliates

• Requires school principals to provide patriotic society representatives the opportunity to speak with students during the school day about educational interests and civic involvement

• Limits school presentations to one school day per year and no more than 30 minutes of instructional time per organization

• Requires patriotic societies to submit written notice to the school principal at least 60 days before the school year begins, with the principal providing written approval including date and time of the presentation

• Effective for the 2020-2021 school year and later
