Creates a 15-member PFAS Task Force to review and investigate water and ground contamination of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) across Minnesota, including commissioners from Pollution Control Agency, Health, Natural Resources, Agriculture, Public Safety, and representatives from affected communities and industries.

Task force duties include gathering information on PFAS detection locations, identifying data gaps, developing public education strategies, assessing contamination sources and treatment options, and examining PFAS in fish and marine organisms.

Sets reduction goals of 50 percent PFAS contamination decrease in surface water and groundwater by 2026 and 90 percent by 2030, with a separate goal to increase public awareness of PFAS risks by 50 percent by 2024.

Requires annual reports beginning January 15, 2021, to legislative committees with findings, recommendations, and any necessary draft legislation.

Appropriates $150,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2021 to the Pollution Control Agency; task force expires July 1, 2025.
