Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 340A.404, subdivision 2, to authorize the city of Minneapolis to issue on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses to entities holding concessions or catering contracts with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board for use at Downtown Commons Park, Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, and Boom Island Park.

Licenses may be used for space specified within the park property, with all licensed space included in the license application description.

License sales are authorized on the dates specified in the approved license application, rather than requiring all-days-of-the-week authorization typical of other Minneapolis liquor licenses.

Provision allows non-compact and non-contiguous licensed premises within the parks, provided the spaces are properly documented on the license application.

Takes effect upon approval by the Minneapolis City Council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
