Expands medical assistance eligibility to persons screened by any CDC National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP)-funded program, changing from Minnesota-specific programs only.

Requires applicants to be under age 65, meet the NBCCEDP income eligibility guidelines, and not otherwise qualify for medical assistance or have creditable health coverage.

Covers diagnostic services and treatment for breast and cervical cancer, including precancerous conditions and early-stage cancer, as determined by the treating health professional.

Limits medical assistance coverage to services provided only during the period when the person receives cancer treatment.

Allows eligible persons to qualify for medical assistance without meeting standard income and asset eligibility criteria in Minnesota Statutes section 256B.056, subdivisions 1a to 5a.
