• Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 462A.05, subdivisions 14 and 14a, to extend rehabilitation loan authority to manufactured homes.

• Allows the state housing agency to make loans to low and moderate income persons and families to rehabilitate or replace manufactured homes they own and occupy.

• Rehabilitation loans for manufactured homes may be made for health or safety improvements, essential accessibility improvements, energy efficiency upgrades, or other specified purposes, with a maximum loan amount of $27,000.

• Permits loans to be made with or without interest or periodic payments, with repayment terms and security determined by the agency based on borrower circumstances.
