Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 349.18 by adding a new subdivision addressing termination of lawful gambling operations on leased premises.

Prohibits a lessor from entering into a new lease with another organization for lawful gambling for 60 days if the lessor terminates the previous organization's permission to conduct lawful gambling on the premises.

Prohibits a lessor from entering into a new lease with another organization for lawful gambling for 60 days if the previous organization terminates its gambling operations due to coercion, pressure, or unreasonable or unlawful conduct by the lessor or its employees.
