Permits a single entity to hold both a microdistillery cocktail room license and a taproom license under Minnesota liquor law.

Allows cocktail rooms and taprooms to be colocated at the same location if the cocktail room license fee is not equivalent to the municipality's on-sale liquor license fee.

A distiller may only have one cocktail room license and cannot have an ownership interest in a distillery licensed under section 340A.301, subdivision 6, clause (a).

Municipalities must inform the commissioner within ten days of license issuance, transfer, cancellation, suspension, or revocation, including the licensee's name, address, trade name, and effective and expiration dates.
