Defines "seclusion" as confining a student alone in a room with egress barred by an adult locking or closing the door, or preventing the student from leaving

Prohibits school employees and district agents from using seclusion for any reason, including punishment or discipline, except as provided in Minnesota Statutes sections 125A.0941 and 125A.0942

Clarifies that removing a student from an activity to a location where they cannot participate in or observe the activity does not constitute seclusion
