Allows vaporization of dried leaves, plant form, or raw cannabis as a delivery method for medical cannabis, in addition to existing liquid, oil, pill, and commissioner-approved methods.

Removes the requirement that vaporized delivery methods cannot use dried leaves or plant form, enabling patients to vaporize whole cannabis flower.

Maintains existing qualifying medical conditions including cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, Tourette's syndrome, ALS, seizures, muscle spasms, inflammatory bowel disease, and terminal illness.

Permits the commissioner to approve any additional medical conditions or their treatments as qualifying conditions beyond those listed.

Continues to exclude smoking as an approved delivery method for medical cannabis.
