Modifies the definition of Legislative Route No. 112 to begin at a point on the southerly limits of the city of St. Paul instead of at the terminus of Route No. 53 on the southerly limits of South St. Paul.

Changes the effective date of the Route No. 112 modification to be conditional upon the commissioner of transportation receiving agreements with Dakota County, the city of South St. Paul, and the city of St. Paul to transfer jurisdiction of portions of the route.

Modifies Section 120 of Laws 2019 to allow for partial removal of Legislative Route No. 112 rather than complete removal, with the revisor of statutes deleting the route upon commissioner notification that transfer conditions are satisfied.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 161.115, subdivision 168 (Legislative Route No. 237) effective upon the commissioner of transportation receiving an agreement with Stearns County to transfer jurisdiction of the route.

Requires the revisor of statutes to delete Legislative Route No. 237 from Minnesota Statutes when the commissioner sends written or electronic notice that transfer conditions have been met.
