Amends Minnesota Statutes section 363A.03, subdivision 43 to clarify the definition of sexual harassment in employment, housing, education, and public accommodations.

Specifies that sexual harassment includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or sexually motivated physical contact when submission is a term of obtaining services or when rejection affects decisions regarding employment, housing, education, or public accommodations.

Removes the requirement that harassing conduct be "severe or pervasive" to create an intimidating, hostile, or materially offensive environment under the third category of sexual harassment.

Establishes a two-part test for hostile environment claims: a reasonable person in similar circumstances would find the environment intimidating, hostile, or materially offensive AND the plaintiff personally found it so.

Effective August 1, 2020, and applies to causes of action arising on or after that date.
