Sets payment rates for home care nursing services under Minnesota Statutes 256B.0654, with different rates for licensed practical nurses and registered nurses providing standard, complex, or shared home care nursing, calculated as percentage multipliers of Medicare code G0299.

Defines "unit of service" as a single visit for home health agency services and as 15 minutes for home care nursing services.

Makes both sections effective for services provided on or after July 1, 2020.
