Amends Minnesota Statutes section 121A.21 to allow school districts to permit private nurses to accompany pupils on school grounds and during school activities when a physician's order or note documents the need.

School districts and private nurses may establish agreements to set mutual expectations regarding the nurse's conduct in the school environment.

Private nurses cannot exceed classroom room capacity, block a pupil's line of sight, or impede access to instruction.

A private nurse's presence does not change a school district's obligation to meet health services or other requirements under state or federal law.
