• Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 340A.404, subdivision 1, regarding cities' authority to issue on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses.

• Cities may issue on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses, wine licenses, or malt liquor licenses to theaters within city limits for sales on all days of the week to persons attending events.

• Cities may issue on-sale licenses to convention centers (excluding those in the seven-county metropolitan area) for sales on all days of the week to persons attending events.

• Cities may issue on-sale wine and malt liquor licenses to summer collegiate league baseball team owners or those holding concessions/management contracts for sales at ballparks or stadiums on all days of the week to persons attending games and related events.
