Preempts all state and local legislation concerning extreme risk protection orders, prohibiting cities, counties, and political subdivisions from enacting or enforcing such orders

Declares any federal or state extreme risk protection orders against Minnesota residents null, void, and unenforceable, claiming they infringe on due process, Second Amendment, and free speech rights

Prohibits state agencies and local subdivisions from accepting federal funds to implement extreme risk protection order statutes, rules, or executive orders

Makes it unlawful for any person, including law enforcement officers, to enforce or attempt to enforce extreme risk protection orders against Minnesota residents

Establishes violation as a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 18 months, a fine of not more than $5,000, or both
