Establishes requirements for Minnesota schools to provide educational materials about sudden cardiac arrest warning signs (fainting, chest pain, difficulty breathing, dizziness, abnormal heart rate) to youth athletes and parents at the start of each school year.

Requires students exhibiting signs or symptoms of sudden cardiac arrest to be immediately removed from athletic participation by game officials, coaches, certified athletic trainers, or licensed physicians, and prohibits return to play until cleared in writing by a qualified healthcare provider.

Mandates all coaches and officials involved in youth athletic activities receive initial training on sudden cardiac arrest recognition, with refresher training required at least once every three school years.

Allows schools to hold optional informational meetings before each athletic season for students, parents, coaches, and school officials to discuss sudden cardiac arrest symptoms and warning signs.

Applies requirements to charter schools providing school-sponsored athletic activities and permits the high school league to adopt policies exceeding these minimum standards; creates liability protection for schools and school personnel following these provisions.
