Amends Minnesota child labor law to establish a minimum age of 16 years for minors to operate amusement rides or load/unload passengers at amusement parks.

Exempts minors aged 16 and older from hazardous occupation restrictions that normally prohibit anyone under 18 from working in particularly hazardous jobs.

Requires amusement ride owners to maintain a documented training policy for ride operators and keep written certifications confirming each operator received required training.

Allows minors under 18 to work in retail stores selling explosives or pyrotechnics if the stores are nonseasonal and nontransient.
