Ratifies labor agreement between the state of Minnesota and Minnesota Association of Professional Employees, submitted September 24, 2019.

Ratifies seven additional labor agreements with various state employee unions and associations, submitted between September 24, 2019 and February 3, 2020.

Ratifies the MnSCU Personnel Plan for Administrators, submitted to the Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on December 10, 2019.

Sections 1 and 2 become effective the day following final enactment.
