Eliminates the requirement for school districts to report annually to the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board information about probationary teachers who were released or whose contracts were not renewed.

Maintains the annual October 1 reporting requirement to the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board for teachers who completed probation and accepted continuing contracts, including their effectiveness rating, licensure area, and teacher preparation program.

Eliminates the requirement for school districts to report annually to the Board of School Administrators information about probationary principals and assistant principals who were released or whose contracts were not renewed.

Maintains the annual October 1 reporting requirement to the Board of School Administrators for principals and assistant principals who completed probation and accepted continuing contracts, including their effectiveness rating and principal preparation program.
