Clarifies excess income standard for parents, caretaker relatives, pregnant women, infants, and children ages 2-20 under medical assistance using the standard specified in subdivision 4, paragraph (b).

Sets excess income standard for individuals whose eligibility is based on blindness, disability, or age 65 or older at 81 percent of federal poverty guidelines initially.

Increases excess income standard to 100 percent of federal poverty guidelines (the standard specified in subdivision 4, paragraph (a)) effective July 1, 2022 for blind, disabled, or elderly individuals.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2019 Supplement, section 256B.056, subdivision 5c.
