Amends Minnesota Statutes section 13.7931 to classify data on minors collected by the Department of Natural Resources under section 84.0873.

Designates the following data on minors as private data on individuals: name, date of birth, Social Security number, telephone number, e-mail address, physical or mailing address, location data, online account access information, electronic device location data, and event/program registration information.

Exempts data already classified as public under section 13.43 from the private data classification.

Requires access to minors' data to be subject to Minnesota Rules, part 1205.0500.

Maintains private data classification for minors' information even after the individual reaches adulthood.
