Commissioner of Human Services must develop a process to identify 340B drugs dispensed by 340B contract pharmacies at point of sale to managed care organization enrollees served by federally qualified health centers (FQHCs)

Report must address feasibility of excluding 340B drug claims from the Medicaid drug rebate program to prevent duplicate discounts while allowing FQHCs to maximize 340B program reimbursement

Report must detail how profits currently realized through the 340B program by covered entities are being invested in health care for managed care organization enrollees

Report must explain how additional revenue from including 340B contract pharmacies would be used by FQHCs

Commissioner must present report to chairs and ranking minority members of legislative committees with jurisdiction over health and human services policy and finance by February 1, 2021
