Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 13.43, subdivision 17, to change the provision title from "Continuity of operations" to "Crisis communications"

Allows personal home contact information of employees to be used to reach them during emergencies or incidents requiring response or recovery actions by a government entity

Permits sharing of employee personal home contact information with another government entity during emergencies or continuity incidents to prepare for, respond to, and recover from such events

Authorizes use of personal home contact information during exercises of a government entity's emergency or continuity of operations plan for testing purposes
